When should I bring an electrician onto my new build?
Ideally at the design or contract stage. Locking in your wiring plan early means power points, lighting and data outlets end up where you actually want them, rather than being added as an afterthought.
What's the difference between rough-in and fit-off?
Rough-in is the wiring installed at frame stage, before the walls are lined. Fit-off happens later, once the home is closer to finished, and covers switches, power points, light fittings and any final connections.
Can you wire my new home for an EV charger?
Yes. We can run the cabling and provisioning for an EV charger during construction, so it’s ready to go once you’re settled in, without cutting into finished walls later.
Do you install NBN and data points in new homes?
Yes, we do. NBN and data points are easy to plan for during the rough-in stage, and we can position them wherever suits how you’ll use each room.
